Law of Demand and Supply
Generally, the price of a commodity is determined on the basis of its demand and supply. If the demand for a commodity increase too much and its supply in the market remains constant or does not increase in proportion to the rate at which its demand is increasing, the price of the commodity will increase. The same thing applies in relation to fulfillment. As the demand for khoya increases on the occasion of Eid and Holi if its supply does not increase, then its price increases.
